Mike Sullivan has an extensive background in building and civil engineering. In 1985 he founded Clearwater Construction, which has become one of the mainstays of commercial and residential development in this country. In association with this company, Mike has developed boutique commercial spaces, multi-unit residential and large-scale apartment complexes throughout the country. In total, he has built more than 1,000 apartments.

Mike’s skills extend to most facets of the construction industry; these include engineering, design and build, advisory, master planning. This gives him the oversight to guide projects large and small.

Martin Cooper

Martin Cooper is a well-known figure on Auckland’s rapidly evolving residential building scene. His broad skills in development management have involved him in a wide variety of multi-use projects, as well as subdivisions, golf courses and traditional commercial projects.

Martin’s wide-ranging skills are well showcased in the execution of the high-end St Marks project in Remuera, as well as a new Mission Bay project, Outlook. His learnings from more than a decade in the property industry, as well a seat on the Property Council of New Zealand’s Auckland Executive, mean Martin has his finger on the pulse of the entire Auckland property landscape.
